THE SIT DOWN
While most sports programs measure success in wins and losses, Lennox Liverpool measures it in the moment a shy kid walks into a gym and walks out knowing they belong. Raised in Montreal with a love for basketball that never left him, Lennox understood early that sport isn't really about the game. It's about what the game does to a person.
He is the kind of leader who shows up to local high school basketball games, soccer matches, and rugby games not because he has to, but because he wants to know what the kids actually care about. He takes feedback from parents. He listens more than he talks. And he coaches with a philosophy that is equal parts warmth and discipline, funny enough to earn their trust, serious enough to earn their respect.
Now as Founder of Tier One Sports Club, Lennox is building something bigger than a program. He is building a pipeline of better human beings, proving that the most important thing you can give a young person isn't a trophy. It's a room where they feel seen.
