Sam’s path to the top was born out of profound adversity. After immigrating from Lebanon as a toddler, his family lost everything when his father’s business collapsed. Driven to rebuild, Sam earned a Division II tennis scholarship in the United States, forging the resilience that would fuel his business success. After earning his MBA in Finance, he launched his real estate career in the brutal market of the early 1990s. Operating with a singular mindset, he spent his Friday nights memorizing street routes in the pre-GPS era and refused to quit even after doing 100 showings for a single client who ultimately backed out.

A passionate champion of his community, Sam is a familiar face courtside at Raptors games and Tennis Canada tournaments. He is also a dedicated philanthropist who has donated over $1 million to Trillium Health Partners. Today, he remains a student of life and business, constantly innovating and proving that true success means leaving the world better than you found it.
